Přístup vedení k zaměstnancům. Nefungující komunikace mezi jednotlivými odděleními. Ve zkratce, vedení neumí správně předat informace pro plynulost výroby při rozjíždění nových projektů

Je to jako všude ve fabrice.kdyz se snažíte jste šikovný a pylny a odpracujete tam už nějakou dobu tak to vaši nadřízený ocení a povýší vás vyšší funkcí.třeba za předáka potom za mistra a potom možná i víc ale je tam i spousta jiných pozic kam se můžete dostat
