Líbí se mi různorodost práce, dobrá komunikace s kolegy, dobrá pracovní doba. Benefity: služební automobil a možnost čerpání kilometrů na osobní účely

Zaměstnavatel si stál za svým cílem, což je velice dobré
Plánování školení či prověrek BOZP a PO nechat na technikovi, aby se nemusel "honit" a tak svou práci provádět nekompletně.

Každý kvartál jezdím na wellness jako odměnu od vedení. Líbí se mi, že můžu ovlivnit svůj příjem o více jak 30%. Pracuji z domu což považuji za velkou výhodu mám home office jako technik BOZP.
Chtěl bych lepší kafe Segafredo.

Jsem rad, že mám umožněn kariérní růst. Z technika BOZP na Inspektora BOZP. Získám zkušenosti a hlavně mi neustále roste fixní mzda a odměny.
