Opportunity to learn new things
Práce je zde velmi různorodá a člověk se musí umět přizpůsobit. Jak se mění doba a požadavky klientů, tak musíme přicházet s nápady, jak požadavky klientů uspokojit.
Security and stability
Oblast BOZP a PO musí mít ze zákona zajištěna každá společnost/firma/instituce, proto mají zaměstnanci jistotu, že práce vždy bude.

Opravdu si rozmyslete, zda do této firmy půjdete, jelikož to, co Vám slíbí na začátku nemusí platit při nástupu. Plat minimální, směrnice k smíchu. VYHNOUT SE TÉTO FIRMĚ OBLOUKEM!

Zamestnaji vas bez praxe. Auto na soukrome ucely. (300km)
Zadna komunikace s vedenim. Neustaly tlak a zadny volny cas. Plat a bidne bonusy. Malo osobnich kilometru. Slaba odbornost ve firme.

Tato zkušenost mě naučila odbourat stres z prezentování před větší skupinou lidí
Žádný soukromý život, absolutně si člověk nemohl v týdnu naplánovat nic soukromého

Co se týče brigády, byla možnost si vždy naplánovat směny dle vlastních časových možností, žádné minimum nebo maximum odpracovaných hodin. Přístup super.
Směrnice byly dost přísné, například co se týče telefonování či používání mobilu na sociální sítě (i o obědové pauze)

Člověk zde při jednání s klienty získá dobré komunikační schopnosti.
Lepší komunikaci mezi vedením a zaměstnanci. Zajistit přijatelnější finanční ohodnocení, nebo benefity pro zaměstnance.
