Advantage Consulting je stejná jako jakákoliv personální agentura - obchodní společnost, která se stará především o obchod. Zaměstnanci se často obměňují, ale s tím se dopředu počítá. Odměňovací systém je nastaven nejhůře ze všech personálních agentur.
Jednoznačně odměňovací systém - provize z obratu jsou max. 6 %.

Naučil jsem se pracovat pod velkým tlakem a časovým presem..nic se neodkládalo, vše se dělalo ihned, obrovský tlak na výsledky, praciznost, argumentaci...velká škola života

Firma, nevážící si svých zaměstnanců. Jádro tvoří hloupí lidé, snažící se držet trend moderních firem, ovšem bez jakékoli lidskosti.
