Práce v této firmě vás mnohé naučí - je náročná a korejské smýšlení je odlišné od toho evropského, takže to mnohé odradí. Koho ne, je skvěle připraven pro potencionálního budoucího zaměstnavatele.
1/Složitá komunikace - mnohdy proti logice - avšak na tyto věci se člověk musí umět povznést. Co nelze ovlivnit, nemá cenu se tím dále zabývat. 2/ Přístup lidí - někdy vidí za nařízeními špatné lidi/ ty nepravé.

Pokud nastupujete na pozici operátora - jste šikovný, ochotný, loajální, splňujete veškeré požadavky, můžete se posunout na pozici asistenta linky. Nejednou se také stalo, že se asistenti postupně dostali na pozici mistra výroby. Pozice není jednoduchá, ale lze ji zvládnout pokud je člověk práce chtivý a šikovný.

Určitě zde pochytáte mnoho nových věcí - ať už tempo a sebekontrolu na lince jako op. nebo práci pod tlakem na pozicích v office.

Měsíční, půlroční i roční odměny.
Někteří nadřízení se nechovají nestranně. Chovají se rozdílně k lidem, se kterými se přátelí (těm nadržují) a k těm ostatním.

Pracovni prostředí bylo velmi prijemne, kolegové ochotně vse naučili
V dobe, kdy jsem u nich pracovala, neproplaceli přesčasy
