Na tzv. fabriku, je zde celkem volnost oproti automotive, výplata chodí včas, občas i dříve než by jste čekali.
1. Motivační odměna, jeho název ztrácí veškerý význam, stává se z ní spíše demotivační částka o kterou můžete kdykoliv přijít, stačí se jen špatně podívat a hle jste o několik tisíc lehčí. Právně na ní nemáte žádný nárok, ale bez ní je výplata žalostná. 2. Když už nastane problém dozvíte se o něm až na svém účtu, špatná komunikace vedení, dozvědět se informace je na dlouhé lokte. 3. 80% zaměstnanců výroby jsou cizinci s nezájmem o práci a hlavně o náš jazyk. Atd.

Pristup mensi rodinne firmy. Se vsemi pozadavkami se snazi vyjit zamestnanci vstric.
Pristup nadrizenosti a podrizenosti chybi. Spise vladne ten kdo se umi prosadit nebo ten kdo je ve firme dele.
