Možnost vlastního přístupu k práci, možnost seberealizace a rozvíjet se odborně, kontakt s kolegy v oboru ze zahraničí, hlavní váhu mají pracovní výsledky a ne pletichaření.
Absence špičkového vybavení v mém oboru a nutnost boje za jeho pořízení. Absence finančních benefitů srovnatelných s okolními firmami. Nadřazený přístup ke spolupráci několika jedinců z mateřské zahraniční firmy, hlavně těch méně odborně zdatných, co ale rádi učí Slunce svítit a ptáky létat.
