Hodně se to zhoršilo.Odešel jsem,vrátil jsem se a to byla velká chyba.Peníze nic moc,práce nestojí za nic a když člověk něco potřebuje na autě tak to musí co nejdýl vydžet atd.Kdysi to bývala dobrá firma,ale teď to jde z kopce a pěkně prudkýho.

Mám zkušenosti od více zaměstnavatelů. Proto si v ČSAD cením jistotu mzdy, možnost právního poradenství. Mám štestí i na vedoucího a nejbližší kolegy. Zajímavým benefitem je sleva na jízdném, 5 týdnů dovolené. Horší to je s možností kariérního postupu a navýšení mzdy - reaguje pouze v případě zvýšení minimální mzdy, nerozlišuje se např. délka prac. poměru ve firmě.

- více nových autobusů - více lidí, kteří mají zájem pracovat
