Máme zajímavé benefity, např. příspěvek na dovolenou každý rok nebo příspěvek na mimoškolní aktivity dětí.
No overtime
Nejsme zakázková výroba. Protože vyrábíme teplo a topíme domácnosti, vedení ví a umí plánovat směny. Výkyvů je minimálně, tzn. přesčasů také.
