Skvělé benefity (stravenky, Multisportka, sleva u Vodafone aj.), pěkné prostředí výkonu práce.
Příliš velká mateřská společnost a tím velmi neflexibilní rozhodování, nekoncepčnost, někteří lidé na vyšších pozicích bez větších a praktických zkušeností z cestovního ruchu a tím špatné souznění s pracovníky na výkonných pozicích. Šetření na straně lidských zdrojů a rozhazování peněz v jiných, méně důležitých oblastech.
