Stálá pracovní doba na jednu směnu.
Změnit část vedení, protože mám pocit, že někteří ani neví, co to vlastně vyrábíme. A také kulturu ( prostředí ) pracoviště, od totality se mnoho nezměnilo i záchody jsou původní.

Jednosměnný provoz, pravidelná výplata na účtu, dobré bonusy
Vyměnit část manažerů a dát tam správné lidi, na správná místa
