Oceňuji přístup svého nadřízeného Libí se mi benefity jako jsou multisportkarta, kurzy Seduo aj.
Vylepšil bych cycles meetingy, je tam hodně práce a soustředit se od 9-17 je někdy těžké. Zrušil bych rolle plays, protože zpětná vazba mi nic nepřináší Více bych se zaměřil na sdílení zkušeností a více odborných konzultací s našimi medical specialisty. Bylo by dobré, dostávat materiály před meetingem, aby se případně dalo vše doladit a do terénu se vyjíždělo již se vším vyzkoušeným a nachystaným.

Dobrá pracovní atmosféra, snaha pomoci na všech úrovních, snaha férově ohodnotit a ocenit zaměstnance
Lepší vozový park, zaheslované počítače tak, že z nich nic nejde dát na flash disk

Velmi dobré jméno mezi lékaři, uznávaná, prestižní firma. Možnost benefitů. Účast na kongresech a seminářích, zajímavé přednášky, uznávaní speakři.
