Ne takové ždímání, jako v jiných bankách. Práce je přesto zajímavá, i když trošku zaměřená na individuální cíl banky.
Trošku nejistota a nedostatek nových podnětů.

Nejpozitivněji hodnotím zejména přístup svého přímého nadřízeného a nadstandardní vztahy na oddělení. U svého přímého nadřízeného si vážím odbornosti, lidskosti a vysokého pracovního nasazení.
V rámci pracovního kolektivu panuje vysoká nedůvěra ve vedení společnosti, kdy toto není schopno přesvědčivě komunikovat se svými zaměstnanci a převzít odpovědnost za manažersky nesprávná rozhodnutí. Na pracovišti panuje toxická atmosféra a vedení firmy ji samo vytváří.
