Líbí se mi benefity, pohotová reakce zaměstnavatele na neobvykllé situace - např. zimní příspěvek na oblečení či obuv. Že je výplata včas na účtě.
Výpomoc na jiných prodejnách, když mám více směn po sobě - naplánovaných 5 osmihodinových směn - z toho se 2 směny změní na celodenní. Pak jsem unavená a aktivní nabídka pokulhává.

Líbí se mi přístup firmy k zaměstnancům, odměny,bonusy.
Občas je únavné vypomáhat na jiných prodejnách-v případě, že mám 5 nebo 6 směn, do toho se z některých stane směna celodenní a to už jsem občas unavená.

Společnost je lídrem na trhu, líbí se mi nastavený systém, který je velice spravedlivý. Mzdové ohodnocení je nadstandardní ve všech pozicích. Firma je technologicky, informačně, ve vzdělání na nejvyšší úrovni.
