Kolektiv je vstřícný a férový . Rozhodně jsem spokojena s komunikací na prodejně (nikdo zde nemá problém se vyjádřit a říct nahlas co mu vadí nebo naopak co ho dneska potěšilo )
Silný nátlak na zaměstnance . ( Vysoké cíle ) Očekávání při prvním dni v práci a realita později zjištěná - se dle mého opravdu neshoduje ... Málo volného času , v práci častěji než doma .. šměny občas dosti dlouhé (12h+ za mě není úplně standart)

Slušné finanční ohodnocení,benefity,skvělý pracovní tým.
Trochu mi vadí tlak na zaměstnance při prodeji, myslím tím plnění cílů. Jsem v obchodě 35 let a vážit bychom si měli každého zákazníka, i takového co chodí jen pro noviny , či nekupuje kartony. Mělo by jít především o komunikaci a o to ,aby se k nám zákazník rád vracel, aby jsme mu zlepšily třeba jen trochu den. Chápu, že jde o motivaci mezi kolegy a následně o růst tržeb, čemuž rozumím, ovšem jsou dny, kdy to jde samo a jsou dny kdy ke mě budou chodit , jak se říká, jednokrabičkáři. Je to z velké části o náhodě a ne o schopnosti kvalitně prodávat.

nemoznost si naplanovat VLASTNI dovolenou menici se smeny bez zeptani kvuli datumu nastupu misto 1. mi dali az 2. tak jsem prisla o mesic na stravenkach flexi, a to me hodne mrzi
