Někteří zaměstnanci si pořád berou nemocenskou na dlouhou dobu a pak musíme se své volném čase zaskakovat za ostatní. Je pravda,že musíme odpracovat 40h mimo svou prodejnu, ale i tak po splnění povinnosti musíme i nadále chodit vypomáhat.

Kolektiv je vstřícný a férový . Rozhodně jsem spokojena s komunikací na prodejně (nikdo zde nemá problém se vyjádřit a říct nahlas co mu vadí nebo naopak co ho dneska potěšilo )
Silný nátlak na zaměstnance . ( Vysoké cíle ) Očekávání při prvním dni v práci a realita později zjištěná - se dle mého opravdu neshoduje ... Málo volného času , v práci častěji než doma .. šměny občas dosti dlouhé (12h+ za mě není úplně standart)
