ocenuji přístup a chování nadřízených pozitivně. V práci se mnou jednají fér a umí i pochválit,což velmi potěší a hned se lépe pracuje.

Férové odměňování, vztahy na pracovišti, různé benefity, propracovaný systém pro prodej, práce s lidmi, úroveň a kvalita prodejen...
Občas velký tlak na prodej, člověk se místo přorozeného prodeje někdy až příliš musí soustředit na cíle, z toho občas pociťuji stres, že se mi nebude dařit plnit.

Spokojenost je že výplata přijde vždy včas a velmi pěkné bonusy.
Nespokojenost je s přesčasama a také že nasilných prodejnách se dělají 12 hodinové směny.

Určitě jsem díky této práci chápavější vůči prodejcům kdekoli,tolerantnější a trpělivější. Benefity v Gecu jsou také dobré
Vadí mi plánování docházky na půl roku! Nemůžu přece vědět po Novém roce,kdy budu chtít dovolenou v létě.......kdyžtak by stačilo plánovat na 3 měsíce. Ulevilo by se všem

Jsem sspokojena a rada pracuji pro tuto společnost. Jen je ze začátku strašně moc informaci.
Jak jsou rozdělovány svátky, ze někdo má skoro všechny a někdo ani jeden.
