Bohužel u firmy Geco to byl jeden velký omyl a opravdu si nevzpomínám s čím jsem byla spokojená. Nenajdu ani jednu věc

Nebyla jsem spokojená s chováním nadřízených, s pracovníma podmínkama, prostě s ničím

Kolektiv, přístup

Work in a team of young people

Není vhodné pro maminky s malým dítětem, díky směnám. Vhodnější pro mladé lidi bez dětí nebo starší, kteří již mají velké děti. Pro vyšší věkovou hranici nevhodné díky celodennímu stání

Nejlépe fungoval Krátký a dlouhý týden. V současnosti funguje jen to, že jsem v práci trvale a stále mi chybí hodiny. Nastavování plnění hraničí s pretezovanim už člověk neví co dříve má nabízet. Stále více položek a delejte. Odměny pokud něco nesplnite pak nic.

Určitě spolupráce s prodavači . Rozum do hlavy a ne jen za co firmy platí.

Cafeterie, krátký dlouhý týden, multipass karta,

Nabidkovy prodej, je to spíš nuceni než nabídka. Když se neplní všechny akce, tak nadávky od vedeni. 15 plánu najednou každý měsíc ke splnění. Přehnaná čísla, nějaký není možný ani splnit o to menší je pak výplata

Z každého zaměstnance, který dobře pracuje, ma dobré prodeje a chodí na výpomoc může byt vedoucí prodejny

Opportunity to learn new things

Každý zamestnanec je bran jako zástupce vedoucího, takže musí umět vše, co se na prodejně dělá

S kolegy, protože jsme drželi za jeden provaz.

S vedením společnosti, protože pro ně jsou lidé na pozici pouze roboti a se slovy že obyčejný operát na objednávkách nemůže brát více jak člověk na centrále jednali se všemi každý den, pohrdání a strašný přístup.
