Za mě plus jsou tu vydělané peníze. Musím říct, že je to dobře placená práce. Potřebuji chodit na určitý krátký dlouhý týden a jdou mi tu vstříc. Kolegyně jsem čapla na výbornou.
Kolikrát až příliš vysoká čísla na plnění.

Mohu dělat práci, která mě baví a mohu ji dělat způsobem, který si určím sám (samozřejmě v koordinaci s nadřízenými). Ale ta svoboda, jakým způsobem se dostanu ke splnění svých cílů, ta mi maximálně vyhovuje.
Občas komunikace a tok informací mezi jednotlivými úseky.
