Výplata na účtě vždy v termínu...spíše dřív. Skvělé Benefity.

Práce v Geco je psychicky velmi náročná.... ale zase ty jistoty stojí za to.

Jsem ráda že jsem ohodnocená spravedlivě podle svého výkonu, tzn. odměny na prodejně se dělí podle konkretmích prodejů. Další výhodou je vysoký příjem a spousty benefitů :)

Občas mi vadí nátlak na dobrý vysledek, ale vím že když se na něj soustředíme od začatku není problém čísel dosáhnout a být v klídečku.
