Benefity na flexi pass card, stravenky

Hodnocení infina, hodnocení na malých prodejnách - nelze mít skvělé výsledky, když lidi nic nechtějí či nechodí vůbec, inventury - inventurnice nikdy nezapočítají vše a my poté musíme platit více

Kromě stravenek dostáváme příspěvky na penzijko, na údržbu oděvů a nově i příspěvek za očkování proti covidu.

Práci se normální člověk naučí rychle. Je zde perfektní zaškolovací systém a všechny informace co jsou potřebné dostanete pomocí novinek v akademii. Někdy je těch informací hodně ale jsou podávány srozumitelně a vtipně.

Mohlo by být více dárků pro zákazníky ke zboží. Lépe se nám pak prodává když máte co dát.

Možnost vydělat si když makám. Někteří brečí, já raději prodávám a funguje to. Někteří lidi by asi brečeli v každé práci.

Někdy je těžké naplánovat si dopředu volno, ale zas je někdy dobré, že si můžete dovolenou rezervovat dopředu.

ocenuji ochotu spolupracovniku kdykoli pomoci..ochotu domluvy a výpomoci na jiných provozovnách

pěkné prémie za splnění plánů je bezva že část peněz jde na benefit kartu , kdy se dá uplatnit dovolená či zajímavá sportovní aktivita

co bych vylepšila - nyní miě nic nenapadá vadí mi - ve svém volnu neustále musím pracovat
