Oceňuji dobrý školící program a slušné benefity a finanční ohodnocení. Naopak mě velmi překvapuje negativní demotivující přístup Vedoucího prodejny . Podpora pro nováčka, žádná...pouze kritika. Soukromý život žádný, z víkendu již po 4. v řadě volná pouze sobota.

Naucila jsem se samostatnosti,rozhodovani,praci s lidmi.
Prace me hodne bavi,avsak v plneni vsech planu je to v posledni dobe velky mazec.Jsou dny kdy se clovek postavi za pult a vlastne nevi co drive nabidnout a prodat.Je toho opravdu moc.

V této firmě se mi pracuje dobře.Je zde velmi zajímavé finanční ohodnocení a super benefity.Moje vedoucí je super a ve všem mi pomáhá.Jsem naprosto spokojená.
Jediné,co mi vadí je přesné plánování dovolené-je dané který měsíc si musím vybrat kolik dní.
