Výplata je slušná/vydřená/ a chodí v termínu

Nabízet jiné zboží, než pro které si zákazník přišel, nesplníš jsi bez prémií.

Benefity opravdu zajímavé,našetřila jsem si na dovolenou.

Přehnané nároky,někdy i zbytečné zatěžování psychického rázu.Nesmyslné některé tabulkování,někdy i zbytečná přednost tabulek před prodejem.

Výdělek je z většiny na mém usilí což mě motivuje a baví, zároveň je spousta benefitů které Geco jako zamestnavatel nabízí. Za mě spokojenost

Všude se najde něco, asi nejvetší - je to že člověk opravdu celou směnu stojí na nohou ale na to si každý za nějaký čas zvykne

Tato práce mě baví a oproti předešlým zaměstnáním je dobře placená.

Děláme co můžeme a snažíme se aby s naší práci byli nadřízení spokojeni, ale stále je jim to málo.

Nechápu některé komentáře, kde si kolegyně stěžují na to, že po nich někdo v maloobchodní firmě chce aby prodávaly. Když půjdu dělat do pekárny nesmím se divit, že po mě budou chtít abych pekla chleba, nebo ne? Jestli někoho prodej tak obtěžuje tak má možnost jít dělat jinam a nestát na prodejně s protáhlým obličejem. Mě to baví a holky z naší MOP naštěstí taky.
