Oceňuji personální oddělení ,mzdové oddělení ,velmi dobrá komunikace ,vždy pomůžou.
Nejsem spokojena ohodnocením za plnění prodejních plánů. INFINA ,cíle pro zaměstnance ,stresující.

+plat- vždy nejpozději v termínu +benefity +vzdělávací systém +příspěvěk na penzijní pojištění +5 sick day +sodexo karta + kolektiv na prodejně
- hodnotící systém infina: vytratila se lidskost,hodnotí se jen čísla - plánování směn::2xpůlroční docházka není v kalendářním roce -špatné obsazení směn díky kterému v podstatě pracujete stále,dlouhý-krátký týden je jen zbožné přání, přes léto pracujete i 23 dlouhých směn. -nařizování výběru zdravotního volna SD do konce října -časté povinné výpomoci na jiných prodejnách -

spokojenost s benefity stálý příjem
nelíbí se mi hodnocení prodeje,rozvrácí kolektiv nustálý nátlak na navýšování, zvyšující plány i přes zmenšující se kupní sílu(nákupy PL,zdražení..)
