jsem nováček ,stale se učím, ale zatím jsem spokojena.

prehnaně plnění úkolů ,nespokojenost zaměstnavatele. Stále se učím, nez se do toho dostanu....

Chtěla jsem si vyzkoušet pracovat v trafice, dost jsem se naučila, ale jsem tu chvíly a stale se učím.

Velmi mě baví práce s lidmi , i když jsou někdy dny velmi náročné a dnešní doba se podepisuje na prodeji ,vždy se snažím vše udělat tak jak je za potřebí. Člověk musí mít duši bojovníka ,aby takový nápor a plnění plánů zvládl ,alespoň při slabších dní ,kdy to není možné. Uvidíme co nám přinesou další měsíce. Máme stálý příjem a jistou práci ,která nás baví. Ale neříkám, že nejsou dny, kdy bych to vzdala . Ale od začátku si stále kladu otázku : musíme nabízet zákazníkovi takové zboží , které si nepřeje?

Změnila bych nabídku produktů, lidé by měli nakupovat to co si oni přejí . Možná by se i zvýšil prodej a bylo by více spokojených zákazníku. Velmi mě unavuje neustále se soustředit na tolik grafů, procent a výpočtů, kdy si myslím ,že i nejen mě ,ale i víc prodavaček znepokojuje a nedokáží se tak soustředit na naše zadané plnění a cíle. Mělo by vše být rozděleno spravedlivě . Myslím si že každá z nás nechodí do práce jen z nudy , ale i pro výplatu.
