Dobré finanční ohodnocení, jako žena si tady prodejem cigaret vydělám víc než jakoukoliv prací jinde v okolí

Já jsem v naší firmě spokojena. Jen poslední dobou řeším,hodnocení průměrné účtenky. Měl by mě těšit každý zákazník, který příjde k nám nakupovat i takový, kteří příjdou vícekrát nebo opravdu nakupují skromě.

- pravidelný měsíční příjem - benefity - stravenková karta - dobrý kolektiv
- způsob hodnocení za splněné akce - žádné odměny za splnění doplňkových akcí, dostává pouze vedoucí prodejny
