Oceňuji benefity a možnost si přilepšit přesčasy,které jsou placené.
nejsem tady,tak dlouho,abych mohla posoudit co vylepšit. Možná bych prodloužila dobu na zaučení. 10 dnů je opravdu málo

Máme dobrý kolektiv, práci, která mě baví, příspěvek na důchod, stravenky, bonusy.
Nátlak nadřízených kvůli prodejům a z toho vyplývající zbytečný stres v práci. Hodnocení podle štěstí na zákazníky. Neustále se navyšující plány prodejů.

Jsem tu zatím jen 14dní tak hodnotit moc nemohu. Benefity určitě super. Líbí se mi přístup k nováčkovi,když nastoupí.
Tak určitě způsob školení na prodejně formou kurzů. Na malině ztrávím spoustu času místo praxe na prodejně.

Nejvíce mi vadí krácení hodin a pak zadarmo a na své náklady jedu na jinou prodejnu. Poslední dobou mi přijde že OŘ místo stmelování kolektivu spíš vráží klíny. Další z věcí je, že každý měsíc navyšování plánů,dělám co můžu abych je splnila a pak mě hodnotí člověk, který mě ani jednou neviděl. Benefity jsou fajn, to mi dá asi každý zapravdu, Wellnes,masáže atd.....Ale díky nedosažitelným cílům tam poslední dobou už moc nechodí.Kolektiv je tu ale super.Kdo chce ať zkusí.

Neférové hodnocení od nadřízených, je to ve špatném časovém rozmezí. Jeden hodnotí na začátku měsíce, třetí u prostřed a poslední na konci měsíce ... za stejné období. To mi přijde nefér. Dva chválí a třetí kárá až se mu to hodí

Oceňuji, že nás motivují peněžními odměnami. Když je problém tak vedení rychle reaguje a snaží se svým zaměstnancům pomoci.
Nic mě nenapadá, s čím jsem nebyla spokojena, bylo vždy vyřešeno k mojí spokojenosti.

Vyhovuje mě cafeterie
Nejsem spokojená s infinou stresuje mě když mám 100%a ke konci měsíce vše klesna protože lidi již nemají na větší nákup
