Flexibilita v dohadovani cehokoliv
Chybi nebo je nedostatnce komunikovana vize firmy, nizka proaktivna podpora dalsiho vzdelavani a rozvoje, nepravidelna (pouze na vyzdani) komunikace one-to-one s vedoucim o spokojenosti.
