Vysoká flexibilita práce a velký potenciál v kariérním růstu.
Neustálé zpoždění výplat (až 3 měsíce). Plané sliby ohledně zavádění změn a zlepšování procesů, které se nikdy nerealizovaly. Špatné finanční řízení (cash flow), řízení projektů (nedodržování termínů a budgetů, špatná organizace týmů, žádné plánování kapacit a neustále hašení problémů na poslední chvíli) a práce s lidmi (žádné firemní cíle, kultura, knowledge management, žádné 1:1, kvartální/roční zhodnocení, rozvojové plány). Nekompetentní lidé ve vedení a žádná snaha o zlepšení.
