Příliš přesčasů, bez uznání, zaměstnavatel nechápe, že mají lidi i své soukromí a že nebudou veškerý čas trávit v práci

Vedoucí dílny vždy rádi poradí a pomůžou
- Hodně cizinců, jde se těžko dorozumět. - Občasné přesčasy, když se něco nestíhá a to klidně práce i 16 hodin v kuse. - Neférovost vedoucích, nemají pochopení a nezajímá je, že máte i vlastní život. - Nutnost plnit nereálné normy, které se nedají stíhat. - Komunikace s nadřízenými, pokud se nezeptáte, nevíte nic a to i banální věci jako třeba na jakou směnu máte dojít, v kolik atd, což mě jako někoho, kdo teprve nastoupil hodně odradilo. - Nedostatek pracovních pomůcek, nakonec vás to dožene stejně k tomu si je nakoupit sami. - Nejsou tolerantní. Dají vám tupé kleště o kterých sami ví, že prostě nestříhají a nejde s nimi pracovat a pak se vztekají, že vám to jde pomalu a nestíhají. - Samozřejmě plat je mizerný, jinde byste za tu práci dostali o hodně více, prostě minimální mzda, dělat vola za 100 kč/h je opravdu zbytečné. - Žádné benefity... Nic co by vás motivovalo k tomu tam dále pracovat. Je toho opravdu hodně a pokud máte možnost pracovat jinde, tak se téhle firmě vyhněte velkým obloukem
