Dobře chápal i osobní život a vycházel vstříc, když jsem měla nemocnou dceru. Choval se slušně, velice dobře se v jeho firmě pracovalo.

Čistota, Kolektiv, Dobré vztahy, Snaha trvale se zlepšovat je napříč celou společností, V práci se cítím dobře, firma má dle mého před sebou světlou budoucnost.

Když ukážete,že něco umíte, samozřejmě Vás za to dokáží ocenit a jste pro ně důležitý.

Ve firmě je spousta strojů a pracovních pozic, které když začnete ovládat, můžete se na nich střídat a nedělat pořád dokola jedno a to samé.
