Nenapadá mě nic, čeho bych si mohl vážit.
Aby řídící pracovníci začali firmu skutečně řídit a ne jen předstírat, že ji řídí.

5 týdnů dovolené, poukázky do lékárny, na sport a na dovolenou
zaměstnance nemělo vedení za nic, vybavení většinou zastaralé, materiál nejlevnější a většinou nekvalitní

Zaměstnají každého, např. kuchaře na místo obsluhy pálícího stroje, z uklízečky udělají skladovou účetní apod.

Pestrý benefitní systém. V Hořicích jeden z TOP zaměstnavatelů. Jedno-směnný provoz (převážně). Práce, která mne naplňuje a baví.
