U firmy Kolektor Tesla Jihlava s.r.o. je výhodou, že umí zaškolit na danou pozici velmi dobře, ale nedokáží si vážit zaměstnanců s peněžním ohodnocení. Já jsem byl spokojený i co týče komunikace se zaměstnanci.

Tato firma má platové třídy, které absolutně neodpovídají nynější situaci na trhu práce. Pracovala jsem ve firmě za velmi nízký plat, proto jsem firmu opustila.

Pouze dobrý kolektiv jinak nic
Lepší mzda přijde mi dost nízko za tu praci. Chtělo by to Lepší vedení na lisovně. Stálé hádky.
