Kolektiv a férové jednání, možnost osobní realizace
Vzhledem k charakteru činnosti, je všechno ok, plat je spíše podprůměrný, ale jedná se o neziskovou organizaci

Vzájemný respekt, přátelská atmosféra. Zaměstnání pro mě není stresující, nemusím se bát obrátit na kolegy, když potřebuji pomoct, poradit. Hodnoty, které jsou pro zaměstnavatele prioritou, považuji i já za prvořadé a podstatné.
Informal work atmosphere
Tykání na pracovišti, neformální (ale slušné) oblečení, z kolegů se často stávají přátelé.
