Povýšené chování zaměstnavatelů, kteří při každé příležitosti nezapomněli připomenou, že komu se tam nelíbí, může jít.

Určitě platové ohodnocení zaměstnanců - výše neodpovídá množství náplně práce. Dále ve firmě neexistuje téměř žádná organizace či hierarchie, vedoucí vše řídí sami. Současně není možné ve firmě postupovat na lepší pozice ani po několika letech. Raději než kmenové zaměstnance na nové pozice přijímají nové pracovníky. Jednání vedení je často vůči zaměstnancům neseriózní ve smyslu, že častokrát nejednají narovinu.

Přístup vedení. Jsou velmi vstřícní a lidskost jim není cizí. Co se týká mzdy a benefit? Spokojenost.
Zatím jsem neshledala nic, co by mi vadilo nebo scházelo.
