Pravidelná mzda, stravování v areálu
Nulová možnost ovlivnit chod, nezájem vedení o názor zaměstnance. Pokud se vedoucí oddělení chová hrubě k podřízeným vedení to nezajímá

Zaučení proběhne po nástupu, je možné si dále rozšířit kvalifikaci na jiné především montážní práce

Čas se tam zastavil před 30ti lety. Technologický pokrok téměř 0. Závodní stravování - katastrofa , jak prostředí jídelny, tak jídla. Benefity žádné, bohužel firma zaspala dobu.
