Na Pixmanu nejvíc oceňuji rodinnou atmosféru a neformální přístup. Firmě hodně záleží na tom, aby všichni zaměstnanci byli v práci spokojení.
Někteří klienti jsou složitější, ale to je asi v každé agentuře.

Cením si snahy vybudovat příjemné prostředí pro zaměstnance. Firma je velice neformální a nezdůrazňuje interní hierarchii. Jsme zkrátka všichni na stejné lodi a všichni se snažíme budovat dobré jméno.

Cítím se zde jako v rodině. Ostatním mohu důvěřovat, jeden druhého posouváme kupředu, společně se zdokonalujeme, společně si zanadáváme, když zrovna něco nejde, a společně slavíme, když projekt dotáhneme úspěšně do cíle.
Asi bych pořídil lepší kávu. Jinak mě nic nenapadá.
