Příjemné pracovní prostředí, benefity, lidský přístup. Dobré mzdové ohodnocení dle odvedené práce, možnost bonusů. Ano práce je náročnější a požadavky odpovídají společnosti nabízející nadstandardní servis a služby.

Obor plastické chirurgie a estetická medicína je velmi sofistikovaný a vysoce konkurenční proto je třeba maximálního nasazení, aby mohla být společnost úspěšná, proto jsou některé úkoly, které zaměstnanci plní náročné neboť vyžadují maximální nasazení a koncentraci.
