Jako korporátní firma jsou vždy nějaká omezující pravidla, ale mezi farma firmami patří Pfizer k těm na nejvyšší úrovni co do komunikace, férovosti a lidí. Neplatí možná tak dobře jako některé generické společnosti, ale vyrovná to svým přístupem a jistotou, že se o své lidi postará.
Není jednoduché se rozvíjet a postupovat na jiné pozice, pokud nejste z Prahy nebo požadujete nějaké přizpůsobení, což by v menší firmě šlo.
