Práce pro lidi bez praxe i bez VŠ vzdělání
Benefity - žádné stravenky, pouze zákonem daných 20 dní dovolené (sick days jsou brány ze základu dovolené, nikoliv navíc), jediný benefit je příspěvek na penzijní připojištění. Pracovní doba 8 hodin + 1 hodina neplacená přestávka (konkurence nabízí 7:30 pracovní dobu + 30 minut přestávku) Nový zaměstnanec se musí upsat na 3 roky kvalifikační dohodou (pod pokutou ve výši mnoha měsíčních platů), což je varování samo o sobě ohledně retence zaměstnanců ve firmě.

S ničím.
Nelidské chovaní k zaměstnancům, neustálé bezdůvodné restrikce, bídné finanční ohodnocení, neplnění slibů, naprostou neschopnost vedení.

Relativní stabilita práce. Relativně dobrá poloha. Relativně dobrý design pracoviště.
Nízké stravenky. Nízký plat. Chování vrcholového managementu vůči zaměstnancům. Přístup k pracovníkům - vyhození kluka po 5 letech za malichernost.
Complex tasks
Protože se tam řeší manipulační design robotů na plechy a většinou pod časovým pressem.

Nedostatek benefitů a dovolené Extrémní počet přesčasových hodin Nátlak a stres při práci Nedostatek lidí se zkušenostmi (převážně absolventi SŠ bez praxe)

Zajímavá práce, pěkné pracovní prostředí
Někdy až nelidský přístup k zaměstnancům, přesčasy, nikdy neocení práci.
Complex tasks
Jedná se o svařovací přípravky plechů automobilu, kdy je potřeba dodržet mnoho zásad a cesta k finálnímu produktu je časově náročná.
