Hezké prostředí agentury. Dog friendly office.
25 % mzdy všech zaměstnanců tvoří variabilní (nenárokovatelná) složka. Ve firmě převažují spíše starší zaměstnanci. Pracovní prostředí je dlouhodobě napjaté a chybí zde otevřená komunikace i vzájemný respekt. Home office je možný pouze po domluvě a po zkušební době – někdo ho nemá vůbec (nebo maximálně 1× týdně), jiný zase do kanceláře téměř nechodí. Vše záleží na rozhodnutí managementu. Možnost kariérního růstu je limitovaná. Poměrně malá flexibilita, 20 dnů dovolené (4–5 extra dnů plánuje zaměstnavatel), žádné sick days a Multisport karta jako benefit se má v blízké době zrušit. Není možné využívat cizí jazyky.
