Firma nabírá (téměř) výhradně juniory a lidi bez zkušeností. Řekla bych že je pro takové lidi vhodná pouze z toho důvodu, že je jednoduché se tam dostat, jinak se člověk učí hlavně sám, z YouTube videí a Googlování apod.
