Oceňuji hlavně tým lidí a neformální atmosféru, díky které se dobře spolupracuje. Práce mi dává možnost učit se nové věci a posouvat se dál, což považuji za velké plus.
Uvítal bych lepší nastavení interních procesů a komunikace mezi týmy, aby byla práce ještě efektivnější. Občas by pomohlo i jasnější plánování některých aktivit.

Náš vedoucí prodejny jedná férově, vždy pomůže, zaučení bylo stručné, už jsem asistentem prodeje půl roku, zatím v pořádku a je na mě spoleh.
Jen si hold nerozumím úplně s kolegou..
