Oceňuji administrativní činnost - smlouvy, plat, komunikace s personálním odd., apod. Přínosem pro mě byla lokalita pracoviště. Příležitost pracovat v jedinečném prostředí Národní galerie Praha. Kolegové na mě byli milí a vstřícní, ale jen během mého pracovního poměru. Poslední den, když jsem odcházela, byla jsem pro ně vzduch. Překvapilo mě to.
Vadilo mi zacházení se zaměstnanci jako s věcmi (čísly nebo položkami). Jsi tady - fajn, jdeš - je to jedno. Komunikace ano, ale neslaná, nemastná. Zkrátka jen na udržování fungování a běhu organizace. Péče, snaha, něco pozitivního nebo motivace nebyly. Žádné vztahy a malá komunikace během dne. Vedení mi neoznámilo velmi důležité okolnosti mého pracovního poměru, které se týkaly jeho ukončení. A tím byl porušen Zákoník práce. Chybka! Zanedbali, zapomněli nebo záměrně otáleli?

Pravidelný příjem i když jen základu, slušné vystupování, vstřícnost, podpora v řešení stavu práce...jsem na pozici velitel objektu.
S platovými podmínky na základě hodin 168h protože aby mě to uživilo mám ještě další práci. Tak že abych mohla bydlet musím být více v práci a to v průměru 280-300hod.

včasná výplata
omezit práci v sobotu a v neděli tak, aby měl pracovník určitě 2 soboty a neděle vcelku volné za měsíc.
