Tenkrát nebylo zvykem mít třeba smlouvu na rok, po pracích s tříměsíčními nebo kratšími smlouvami to byla velice příemná změna.. po dvou letech zaměstnanec dostal smlouvu na dobu neurčitou(to jsem já bohužel nestihla, protože jsem otěhotněla, ale tehdejší kolegyně to mohou dosvědčit).
Pouze jeden člověk na směně(na benzínce)..byl to hrozný stres a ve večerních hodinách taky strach. Taky velice dlouhé směny bez přestávek(právě proto že jsme na směně byl vždy jen jeden člověk). Žádné benefity-sleva na pohonné hmony, na stravu, prémie...Žádné volné dny v roce-vánoce, víkendy, svátky(i když to se po novém zákoně možná už změnilo).
