Sodexo Čisté pracovní prostředí
Vedení absolutně nezajímá nějaký obyčejný zaměstnanec. To poznáte ve chvíli, kdy vaše pobočka nebude splňovat litry. Ty nesplňuje vlastně ŽÁDNÁ pobočka, protože to nastavili tak, abyste nemohli dosáhnout na prémie. Zároveň ve chvíli, kdy je to opravdu bídné, tak Vám zkrátí pracovní dobu (také absolutně nesmyslně) a na některých pozicích zredukují personál. A ať jste na jakékoliv straně tohoto rozsudku, tak se budete mít bídně. Na oko tedy tato firma vypadá skvěle, ale uvnitř se to naprosto hroutí a rozpadá. Neschopný marketing, neschopné vyšší vedení. Práce je pořád stejná, neděje se nic nového, takže pokud už na této pozici nechcete jenom "dožít," tak opravdu hledejte něco jiného.

Sodexo benefity.
Na oko skvělá a zajetá firma a uvnitř jen chaos a šílené podmínky a jednání s personálem. Určitě nedoporučuji.

Příjemné jednání vedení i kolegů. "Rodinná" firma.
Platové ohodnocení zdravotnického personálu neodpovídá velké vytíženosti a přepracování (sester i lékařů) na hlavní pobočce.

Kamarádské prostředí a dobrá komunikace s vedením.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Dobře zaučí a většina zaměstnanců tam začínala právě po škole.
