Možnost řešit problémy po svém. Zajímavý obor. Placené přesčasy a část obědů. Benefity gallery beta. Pružná pracovní doba. Práce s některými kolegy. Pružná pracovní doba.

Špatná organizace. Hluk na pracovištích způsobený převážně samotnými zaměstnanci a vedením. Noví zaměstnanci nejsou zaškoleni. Nulový kariérní i platový růst. Práce odcházejících zaměstnanců se rozhazuje na jiné místo hledání náhrady za účelem šetření. Lhostejnost některých kolegů. Neférové jednání vedení se zaměstnanci - jak již bylo napsáno, více vyhovují pasivní ovečky než aktivní zaměstnanci.
