vyhradit čas na zaučení ( ten kdo školí, musí stíhat i svou práci), vyšší fixní mzda, transparentnost v provizích za sjednaný zájezd, udělat příjemnější pracovní prostředí, lidé jsou zde vystresování - lepší rozdělení práce, ne že každý dělá všechno
