Flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost na částečný úvazek při škole (počítá se vám do důchodu, na mateřskou), mladý kolektiv, možnost zapojit se i do jiné práce než jen prodej zboží, kariérní růst, snaží se myslet ekologicky

Možnost zvolení směn podle individuálních časových možností, možnost růstu ve firmě, spousta benefitů, společné meetingy a sportování

Přístup některých vedoucích, kolegů k ostatním - ale to není problém firmy, ale spíš lidí obecně

Kolektiv mladých lidí, práce související se sportem. Opravdu děláme, co nás baví.

Vzhledem k dnešním platovým podmínkám by se mohly mzdy zvednout.

Je to firma, kde se nehraje na žádnou strukturu manažerů, zástupců a všeho, každý má svou zodpovědnost, které se drží. Nikdo vám neřekne, že něco nesmíte, nebo nemůžete.

V Decathlonu má i mladý člověk možnost vyzkoušet si věci, ke kterým by ho v jiných velkých firmách nikdy bez předchozí zkušenosti nepustili. I absolvent nebo student má tedy možnost získat plnou důvěru vedení firmy dělat vlastní rozhodnutí.

Jednoznačně zvýšit platy na nižších pozicích a umožnit rychlejší růst v rámci firmy
