Máme slevy na všechny naše produkty a také jezdíme na super týmová setkání. Můžeme vyrazit i na jiné obchody a vyzkoušet si, jak to funguje v jiném městě. Vedení často vychází všem vstříc a pokud se něco nezdá, o všem se dá s nimi popovídat.

Někdy se objeví situace, kdy si vedoucí něco usmyslí, ovlivní to především fungování řadových prodavačů na prodejně a nijak to s námi neprokonzultují. Je to dané jako hotová věc, ačkoli je po nás vyžadováno, abychom se aktivně podíleli na rozvoji prodejny.

Možnost samostatně se rozhodovat a svá rozhodnutí realizovat. Týmové meetingy. Možnost kdykoli se s kýmkoli poradit.

Nějak mě nic nenapadá, ale né každému může vyhovovat volno neděle/pondělí nebo pátek/sobota.
